Bootcamp running…
…it was a dark and rainy night on the MPHS track! Warm-up, jogging, speedwork (tempo) and cooldown. Forgot to change laps on my Garmin from .5 to .25-mile, which I prefer for bootcamp when we are using the track. For speed work tonight we could choose between 100 meter sprints or 2-3 laps at tempo pace. I did 3 laps as a short tempo run. Out of my lap data, I ended up with two .5 laps = one mile in a 10:16/mile pace (approx.)! :)
