More Bootcamp - Love It!
Approximate time…. Lots of neat upper and lower body exercises, some new, some old. Balancing - one leg squats…a lunge with dumbbell to strengthen the groin area (I need that–a weak area of mine)…band exercises…and, of course, good ol’ crunches and pushups! My “booty” and abs are going to feel it!
